International Packaging Innovations, LLC is a water and non-carbonated beverage technology company. Our newest product, the PURELOCK™ system is truly revolutionizing the HOD bottled water industry. This PURELOCK™ system includes high speed filling/bagging equipment for cost effective manufacturing which assists in optimizing operational delivery systems. We have developed a complete system for the bottler/distributor to partner with us and take advantage of these industry changing dynamics.
Founder and Chairman
Dr. Macler has extensive experience operating large corporations. His current focus, in addition to International Packaging Innovations, is on managing large corporations in the medical industry. Dr. Macler has been awarded numerous new product patents and has developed several start-up companies. Some of these companies include FAST (Fire Alarm and Safety Monitoring Company), Intelligent Optimization (operating room management software), and Quarry Reclamation Project in St. Charles, Missouri.
President
Mr. Krings has a multi-faceted management background serving in leadership capacities dictated by the needs of the business where strong organizational and team focused attributes were in demand. He is an excellent developer of people individually and as a team, utilizing strong communication and motivation skills. Most recently, Mr. Krings served as President and Chief Operating Officer of CPI Corp., a NYSE-listed company. For almost 30 years prior to that time, he held various positions with Sears, Roebuck & Company including Vice President and General Manager, License Business, Vice President, Human Resources, Full-Line Stores. Mr. Krings holds a BS in Marketing from Saint Louis University and a MBA, Executive Education from Harvard University.
Director of Operations
Mr. Macler leads the charge on the engineering and technology front. Serving recently as a nuclear engineering specialist for the United States Navy, Jeffery currently serves as Director of Technical Engineering for IPWP. He has used his technical expertise to develop the bag product. Jeffery also provides analysis for overall operational issues with existing bottlers.
Director
Mr. Avery, a Certified Public Accountant, and currently president of a southeastern physician practice management company, has extensive accounting experience. In this capacity, he has participated in the development and sale of two software companies: Intelligent Optimization, LLC and Medical Software Integrators, Inc.
Director
Mr. Miller is currently President of Presence From Innovation, LLC in St. Louis, Missouri. Don successfully implemented the buyout of Paul Flum, a nationally known marketing company specializing the development of products and packaging for the retail beverage industry that he managed for 15 years.
Director
Mr. Reby serves as legal counsel and is a principal with the St. Louis Law Firm of Lewis, Rice and Fingersh. He has directed the management of patent applications and intellectual property. Jake is also a nationally known expert in real estate, corporate and banking law.
