The PURELOCK™ system does not require empty bottle returns and therefore reduces the cost of handling and transportation. Overall operational costs are reduced as well, because there is no need for cleaning and sterilizing used bottles. And there are no administrative costs incurred in tracking deposits and returns.

Streamlined Operations
From manufacturing to dispensing, the PURELOCK™ system offers an overall streamlined process. Our custom designed, high-speed bagging machines use a double bag process to form, fill and seal three (3) gallon bags of water. The food-grade polyethylene inner bag is filled with purified or spring water. Then the outer bag is applied for durability, sanitation and ease of handling.

The recyclable packaging materials do not require return and therefore save time, space and money. Additionally the bags are lighter weight and more manageable for easy storage, transportation and handling.

Sanitary Packaging
Our custom designed, closed-loop bagging process ensures clean, safe water. Double bagged, food-grade polyethylene is used for packaging the water. A water and airtight seal around the intake spike prevents leakage and as the water is dispensed, the bag collapses preventing water from being exposed to air, which could contain bacteria.

Convenient
Each bag of water is packaged in a convenient stackable box or an attractive PURELOCK™ storage rack can be used requiring less storage space. As the water is consumed, the packaging and the bag can be completely recycled rather than stored for return.

Additionally, the lightweight, easy to handle bags make it convenient for anyone to add a new bag of water when one runs out.
